Experienced Leadership for In-House Management of Our Communities
Our property management division is led by Jessica Correll, Vice President of Property Operations, who brings more than 18 years of property management experience to her role. Since 2007, she has guided teams, strengthened operations, and supported high-performing communities across multiple regions. Her leadership style blends strategic oversight with a steady, people-centered approach, helping onsite teams feel equipped, supported, and empowered to do their best work. Jessica brings clarity, consistency, and a solutions-driven mindset to communities she works with.
