Balsam on Broadway opened its doors in December, bringing 128 units of affordable housing and Broadway Street Development’s new center of operations to St. Paul’s Lowertown neighborhood. The six-story building is conveniently located near Regions Hospital, Interstate 35E, and CHS Field.
