On the banks of Minnehaha Creek, Creekline Flats will redevelop an obsolete office building into a 7-story wrap-style building filled with 208 affordable apartment homes. The project joins a bustling mixed-use area of St. Louis Park, adjacent to top national retailers, grocery, financial institutions and the Knollwood Mall. In addition to these urban connections, Creekline will offer tenants incredible views of the Creek, a walking path along the banks, with amenities in park-like setting, even offering tenants and the public alike free parking with a dedicated path to the canoe and kayak launch into the water. The project is slated to close its financing in December 2026 and open to residents in late summer 2028.
