About the Project
Located adjacent to The Balsam on Broadway, Ember on Pine builds on what Broadway Street Development started as a revitalization of the east end of Downtown St. Paul. Not only will this project continue to add much-needed housing options to downtown, it includes more office space for the Broadway Street family of companies to deepen our roots in St. Paul. Currently the site is an empty surface parking lot in need of environmental remediation; Ember on Pine will not only put the parcel back productive use, but cement a new neighborhood feel for Dayton’s Bluff with its sister – not twin —The Balsam on Broadway. The project is slated to close its financing in the first quarter of 2027 and open to residents in 2028.
